Personal - Lower backache

I'm feeling sleepy. Is there a connection between a lower backache and tension or is it because of these bad roads? I guess, it's a combination of both. My back is paining terribly. Aaah!

I spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
I'm trying for work that gets me dollars (I haven't found any) and I don't mind pushing myself to work two jobs, a full-time IST and a freelance, part-time EST one. Not for money, all-right— it's part money and part challenge, and part self-belief.

I want to do something of my own and this is an avenue I'm exploring (and I'm searching for a project).

I can try, atleast I can try and search for opportunities that allow me to make money in USD. I don't know about the end result. But, keeping that aside, what's preventing me from trying—nothing, and that's why I'm trying.
