Google Advanced Search Operators.
I didn't know about intitle and inurl before reading the above link.

Examples of intitle and inurl searches.

intitle:Meta Search Engines - Searches for the first word, Meta, in this example in the title of the page and the next words, Search Engines, anywhere on the page.

Similarly, for inurl:SEO Message Boards - Searches for SEO in the url (web site address) and for the next words, Message Boards, anywhere on the page.
