Jaam do andar hon baahar jhilmilaati raat ho
Doston ke darmiyaan phir shayari ki baat ho

Two pegs inside - the starry night outside
Then the talk of Shayari between friends by the side

The original meaning (the poetic meaning) is lost in the English translation, especially the second line.
